Work, work, work

“The grind in a missionary’s day is not determined by how many people they visit in the day, but by how much change is made in the lives of the people they visit each day.” (Elder Hunter Saunders Jan. 2018)

We had an absolutely amazing week this last week! We have been working so hard and have been being super obedient and it just feels sooooo good! We are getting our smart phones today so that is also really exciting!

This last week the Lord blessed us to set 4 baptismal dates in one of the wards we are serving in, and they are all Hispanic which is so exciting!!! It is so exciting to see these sons and daughters of God willing to follow the Savior Jesus Christ into the waters of baptism! We are really pumped for all of them and will do everything in our power to make sure that they are ready for baptism. We also were able to see alot of less actives in the other two wards that we are covering and are really excited for what is to come in those wards as well! I love to see these people changing their lives, there is honestly nothing better!

“True doctrine understood changes attitudes and behaviors. The study of the doctrines of the gospel will improve behavior quicker than the study of behavior will improve behavior” (Boyd K. Packer Ensign 1986 “Little Children” pg. 17) I testify that this is true, I have seen it and continue to see it in my life and the lives of those we are teaching. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Hope y’all have a great week and continue to study this amazing gospel that will help you in SO many ways.

Con Amor,

Elder Saunders
